Course Format:

Lots of practical examples will be given which link the topics back to your current role and level as a Company Secretary.

Training is segmented into one-hour 1:1 sessions to enable flexibility with delegate time and commitments. Modules can be grouped into longer sessions if required. Each module requires at least one session. Depending on the depth of the development need more than one session may be required per module.

Each booked session includes:
  • Initial 1:1 call to establish key focus from the participant
  • 1 x 1-hour coaching call
  • Summary of key action points from the session
