Our Usual Expectations:

  • Fully UK qualified Governance Professional/Chartered Company Secretary
  • Embodies all of our organisation’s HR Values
  • 10 years+ post qualification experience at senior levels
  • Ideally held a Deputy/Group Company Secretary role at FTSE/large AIM listed company
  • Experience in all areas of in-house governance/company secretarial
  • Strong technical capability
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent command of English
  • All candidates are required to be at least an ACIS/ACG, ideally FCIS/FCG as accredited by the Corporate Governance Institute in the UK
