- Fully UK qualified Governance Professional/Chartered Company Secretary
- Embodies all of our organisation’s HR Values
- 10 years+ post qualification experience at senior levels
- Ideally held a Deputy/Group Company Secretary role at FTSE/large AIM listed company
- Experience in all areas of in-house governance/company secretarial
- Strong technical capability
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent command of English
- All candidates are required to be at least an ACIS/ACG, ideally FCIS/FCG as accredited by the Corporate Governance Institute in the UK
