Our client, a large corporation, called us as they were potentially looking to hire a Governance Professional but were unsure of the scope of the role and the hours it would take.
There was apprehension on whether the role was required. We came in, assessed what could be achieved and were engaged to carry out the task. We improved and streamlined the Board meeting process to bring it up to industry standard whilst also introducing new committees to speed up the decision making process.
