Krupa is known for her practical, detail-oriented approach and her ability to work closely with stakeholders across legal, finance and compliance functions to ensure governance processes are delivered effectively and to a high standard.
Krupa’s experience includes supporting governance activities within a FTSE-listed environment at BT Group plc, where she works closely with senior executives to support Executive Committee operations, including agenda planning, board pack preparation and action tracking.
Prior to this, she provided company secretarial and governance support across a portfolio of 50+ UK and offshore SPVs within an investment management organisation. Her responsibilities included statutory filings, maintaining corporate records, coordinating board meetings and supporting audit readiness across complex international structures.
Her earlier experience includes roles at BNP Paribas Securities Services and Citigroup, where she supported governance, reporting and operational processes within regulated financial services environments, as well as legal entity management across large subsidiary portfolios.
Krupa holds an MSc in Management and Corporate Governance from Ulster University and is a Graduate of the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI).
