Andrew Harvey-Wrate

Andrew has over 35 years experience in Corporate Governance having held roles in various listed companies.

Prior to joining Beyond Governance, Andrew was the Deputy Company Secretary for Persimmon plc (FTSE 100 House Builder).

Previous to that he worked at Provident Financial plc (FTSE 100 Financial Services) as Assistant Company Secretary on an interim basis and was interim Deputy Company Secretary for International Personal Finance plc (FTSE All Share Financial Services). Prior to that he was at Rolls-Royce plc (FTSE 100 Aerospace and Defence) for over 17 years as Assistant Company Secretary and his main responsibility was subsidiary governance for over 300 global entities.

Andrew is experienced in managing small CoSec teams, drafting and reviewing documentation, has knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements of companies in the UK and overseas, corporate governance and the listing rules.

Andrew is an Associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators as well as a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
