In 2013, Hayley was selected as one of 250 employees globally to take part in Santander’s international development programme. She spent four months working for Santander US and living in Boston, MA, USA.
Hayley is studying towards a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Therapy and she is passionate about wellbeing in the workplace, and health and food equality within different communities.
I joined Beyond Governance because it was clear to me that they are a progressive company, ethically conscious and inclusive. Definitely something that I wanted to be a part of!
