We reviewed external service providers (from overseas company secretarial service providers to company lawyers), their contracts, together with all company secretarial software licenses; entity management, board pack collation, share plan and insider list software. We negotiated preferential rates as appropriate based on our strong relationships with providers and experience of pricing.
On request we also carried out a full benchmarking review of the company secretarial department budget saving further money for the company. Finally, we unlocked over £1m of untapped cash/assets and made amendments to the company’s articles of association to enable its return.
