Shola has 13 years of Governance experience which encompasses 22 years in providing Business Support Services. Over her Tenure Shola has worked as a Governance /Company Secretary profession in a range of industries including Banking, Telecommunications, Transportation and Housing, with a background in both in-house and professional services.
Having built her specialism predominantly in the Financial Services and Private Equity Sector this has involved having worked for 100 FTSE Top companies such as J.P. Morgan and Barclays PLC, within both the Investment Banking sector and Retail Banking sector.
Shola is a fully qualified Company Secretary, holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Governance; accredited by the former Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) now the Chartered Governance and Compliance UK & Ireland (CGUK&I); and is an Associate Member of the Institute.
Governance projects Shola has notably led on include drafting the narrative of Companies yearly and interim Annual Reporting, Board Induction processes, Streamlining and Review of Governance processes/Frameworks and Novations.
