Lyndsey has extensive experience supporting Boards, Committees and senior leadership teams, ensuring high standards of governance, transparency and control. She has led full governance cycles, organised and minuted Board and Committee meetings, prepared and quality-assured Board materials, maintained insider lists, managed closed periods and share dealing processes, and drafted RNS announcements for market release.
Lyndsey has held senior governance and finance roles at Trifast plc and its UK subsidiary for over 20 years, serving as Head of Governance, Corporate Accountant andCompany Secretary. Her work has included installing and embedding digital governance platforms, enhancing Board communication processes, coordinating AGM logistics, supporting dividend administration and maintaining statutory compliance across the group. She has overseen Companies House filings, supported share placings and block listings, produced Modern Slavery statements and ensured robust legal entity record management.
Her governance advisory experience includes reviewing and strengthening Committee Terms of Reference, updating corporate policies, developing Director and senior manager induction programmes, supporting whistleblowing case oversight and embedding compliance training frameworks. She has project managed the Annual Report process, ensuring timely publication and alignment with disclosure requirements, and has played a key role in shareholder communications and documentation.
Lyndsey also brings deep expertise in employee and executive share schemes, IFRS2 reporting, and management of employee benefit trust relationships. Alongside her governance remit, she has led sustainability and ESG reporting activities, covered the Global Sustainability Manager role, supported energy and carbon reporting, CDP and EcoVadis submissions, and contributed as a member of the ESG Committee. Her broader leadership responsibilities have included managing secretariat support, mentoring colleagues, and overseeing group-wide insurance, property and fleet matters.
Earlier in her career, Lyndsey held senior group financial accounting roles, leading statutory reporting, consolidations, audit management, tax support and budgeting processes, giving her strong commercial and financial insight to complement her governance expertise. She combines regulatory awareness, financial rigour and practical delivery capability, and is valued for her reliability, attention to detail and ability to provide steady, trusted support to Boards and stakeholders in demanding, fast-paced environments.
