Our client, one of the UK’s largest building societies, asked us to support an audit of their Company Secretarial/Governance Team. We assessed the skills in the team, each of their roles (for stretch and excitement), their interests (though interviews) as well as the quality and efficiency of team delivery.
We quickly noticed multiple areas where time was being ineffectively used. Our advice led them to uncover over 100 hours of inefficiently used time which they reallocated to a new project. We streamlined their entity management and insider tracking software for maximum efficiency.
