Our client, an international investment management firm, required temporary company secretarial governance support while a member of their team was absent for an extended period and a new team member was being onboarded.
We provided support for the various Fund’s quarterly review meetings and assisted with the day-to-day and ad hoc responsibilities of the in-house team. We drafted board minutes and resolutions for complex business transactions, convened meetings for the approval of subsidiary accounts and dividend payments, maintained subsidiary company records using their entity management software and supported the training of their new team member.
Our client was pleased with the support provided and their Governance Director commented how helpful it had been to have us on hand to assist. At the end of the contract the client was so pleased with our work that they are now engaging us on additional services to reduce the burden on the in-house team.
