Our client, a financial services entity called us as they needed external validation that their governance framework was fit for purpose and embedded effectively.
The CEO was keen to understand whether their documentation was appropriately drafted and reflected the current operations of the organisation.
Soon after the first introductory call, we had reviewed their governance documentation and were able to advise the CEO on their governance framework and suggest areas for improvement. Our advice included a few variations to give context and perspective.
As a result of our work our client was able to confirm to their board that their existing structures had been externally validated. The client was also able to take forward our suggested actions to enhance their existing framework and fully embed good governance throughout the organisation.
