Beyond Governance announces another step in its global journey

Beyond Governance is delighted to announce its international partnership with Dhir & Dhir Associates, a full-service Indian law firm founded in 1993 with offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad and a representative office in Japan.

This partnership aims to strengthen existing best practices and expertise to provide full-service governance, legal and company secretarial services to Indian clients, and UK clients with an Indian presence. We will work with clients looking to strengthen their footprint, expand internationally and run their businesses across the globe.

Beyond Governance will provide industry leading governance and company secretarial services and training while Dhir & Dhir Associates will provide Indian legal advice for UK based companies with an Indian presence, also offering a wide range of audits from compliance and risk to industry benchmarking.
