Natalie is a highly capable Assistant Company Secretary with a decade of experience providing comprehensive company secretarial and governance support toBoards, Committees and executive leadership across financial services, public sector, corporate and international environments. She is recognised for her organised, detail-driven approach, her ability to manage complex governance workloads, and her commitment to maintaining strong compliance standards within evolving regulatory landscapes.​

Experience

Her expertise spans UK and cross-jurisdictional entity management, statutory compliance, and full board and committee meeting cycles. Natalie has extensive experience maintaining statutory records, overseeing Companies House filings, and supporting governance processes in line with the Companies Act 2006, PSC requirements and ongoing regulatory reform. She is highly proficient in digital governance and entity management platforms including Diligent, GEMS, DiligentEntities and BoardVantage, using technology to enhance accuracy, visibility and control across governance frameworks.​

Natalie recently supported British Business Bank, where she managed committee meeting cycles, statutory records across group entities, supported AnnualReport and Accounts processes, and monitored legal and regulatory developments to ensure ongoing compliance. She also provided governance support to corporate transactions and worked closely with teams across the business to embed consistent and effective governance practices.​

Previously, Natalie held sole responsibility for the company secretarial function at Centralis UK during a significant growth phase, delivering end-to-end board support, managing UK and overseas entity compliance, overseeing company formations and supporting corporate transactions. Her earlier roles at Railpen, Flexion Mobile and Omnicom further strengthened her experience across trustee governance, listed-style and equity-related matters, market disclosures, EMI scheme implementation, and governance process improvement. She has also provided mentoring and technical guidance to junior colleagues, supporting capability development within governance and legal teams.​

Natalie’s career began in a legal and compliance capacity at Priory Group, where she supported multi-jurisdictional entity management, GDPR implementation and broader legal governance matters. This foundation has given her a strong appreciation of the intersection between legal risk, regulatory compliance and practical governance delivery.​

Part-qualified with the Chartered Governance Institute and holding an LLB (Hons) in Law, Natalie combines technical knowledge with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. She is valued for her reliability, discretion and collaborative style, as well as her ability to embed quickly into new environments and provide dependable governance support during both steady-state operations and periods of organisational change.​
