Jonathan Saunders

Jonathan is a company secretary and chartered governance professional with over seven years’ experience in providing corporate governance advice and secretarial services to private and public companies.

At Link Company Matters, he acted as company secretary for a portfolio of UK-listed companies, including FTSE 250 investment trusts. He was responsible for ensuring adherence to corporate governance best practices, annual reporting requirements, and compliance with market abuse regulations.

Prior to joining Link Group, Jonathan was assistant company secretary at Semperian PPP Investment Partners Group Limited, where he managed a portfolio of subsidiary companies and provided board support and company administration services.

Jonathan has a strong track record of providing excellent company secretarial and corporate governance advice to clients. He is committed to helping companies achieve their goals by providing sound and knowledgeable guidance with respect to regulatory and compliance matters.
