Her skillset encompasses board and committee support, minute-taking for routine and complexmatters, Annual Report planning, shareholder and registrar liaison, and the preparation of statutory documentation.​

Lucinda’s career includes senior roles within leading professional services firms and multinational organisations. She has deliveredgovernance and company secretarial services to listed, regulated, and international entities through engagements with Bridgehouse CompanySecretaries, Kin Company Secretarial, Elemental Co Sec, MSP Secretaries, and earlier roles within Indivior UK, Thales UK, and major law andaccounting firms. Her experience spans corporate restructurings, share schemes, group reorganisation projects, subsidiary governance,overseas entity filings, and the implementation of improved governance processes and internal procedures. She has also managed anddeveloped company secretarial teams, led departmental operations, and contributed to business development and client growth initiatives.​
