Her prior experience at the Lloyds Bank Foundation and higher education equips her with a dynamic project management approach to supporting and embedding good governance. More recently Claire has delivered annual report writing services for a FTSE 250 property developer.
With a strong working knowledge of company and charity law, Claire is highly skilled at managing C-suite and external governance relationships to meaningfully embed the Corporate Governance Code 2024 and the Charity Governance Code 2025 across organisations.
