She managed governance frameworks and business plans for executives and trustees and delivered high quality strategic governance at all levels of the charity during periods of transformation. Her prior experience at the Lloyds Bank Foundation and higher education equips her with a dynamic project management approach to supporting and embedding good governance. More recently Claire has delivered annual report writing services for a FTSE 250 property developer.
With a strong working knowledge of company and charity law, Claire is highly skilled at managing C-suite and external governance relationships to meaningfully embed the Corporate Governance Code 2024 and the Charity Governance Code 2025 across organisations.
