She is known for her organised, detail-focused approach and her ability to work effectively with stakeholders to support strong governance and decision-making.

Deepika’s experience includes supporting a broad range of company secretarial and governance activities, including board and committee administration, minute-taking and the preparation of governance materials.

She has managed subsidiary governance and statutory compliance processes, maintaining corporate records and coordinating regulatory filings with Companies House and other authorities. Her work also includes supporting annual reporting processes, corporate actions and wider governance projects.

Deepika has contributed to the implementation and review of governance frameworks, working closely with boards and senior stakeholders to support effective governance practices.

She is a qualified Company Secretary from India and is part-qualified with the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
