With a proven track record supporting boards, directors and senior stakeholders, Rebecca is highly experienced in planning and managing governance timetables, preparing high-quality board materials, drafting resolutions and minutes, and ensuring prompt follow-up on actions and approvals. She brings strong capability across UK Companies Act requirements and Companies House filings (including PSC and share capital changes), maintenance of statutory registers, coordination of accounts approvals with finance teams and auditors, and responding to ownership verification and AML-related requests. ​

Rebecca has led and supported a broad range of entity management and transactional activity, including incorporations, rationalisations and dissolutions, group-wide director appointment and resignation projects, cross-border restructurings, share and capital transactions, and due diligence and data room support for major corporate events. She is also valued for driving continuous improvement—partnering with internal teams to implement more efficient workflows, such as structured query handling and self-service guidance for stakeholders. ​
