Viv has supported a diverse range of Beyond Governance clients, contributing to company secretarial administration, board and committee operations, statutory compliance, Companies House filings and corporate changes, governance reporting and the maintenance of statutory registers and corporate records. She is experienced in all aspects of meeting management, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, collating board packs, minute writing, action tracking and producing clear, accurate governance outputs. She has also supported ECCTA Identity Verification (IDV) applications, governance research and regulatory compliance activities, whilst maintaining accurate governance documentation and entity records across multiple client engagements.

 

Known for her organised, proactive and detail-oriented approach, Viv works effectively with governance professionals, directors, legal teams and client stakeholders. Her experience supporting a broad portfolio of governance engagements has provided her with a practical understanding of governance best practice and the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining consistently high standards.
